Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Manage and secure mobile devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Offer guidance and training to employees on IT-related topics.
  • Record and track IT issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure security by adhering to best practices for data protection and privacy.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to address technical challenges and improve systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in administering Google Workspace (previously known as G Suite).
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and its configuration.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Certifications, such as CCNA, are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
