Job Description

- Responsible for negotiating orders with international customers.

- Frequently traveling overseas to take care of existed customers and find new customers.

- Exploiting and exploring new markets, supervising and monitoring the current market.

- Analyzing and assessing market ability, establishing sale plans.

- Train new employees, report weekly and monthly.

- Building relationships between Customers (distributors, Agents ...) and the company

- Planning sales, supervising the sales to ensure the completion of business targets set by the company.

- Balance expenses to achieve business results

- Perform business analysis, achieved sales compared to competitors.

- Capture the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors to give appropriate business directions for the Company's products.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or higher with major Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Transport,

Marketing ...

- Minimum 5 years working experience at the same position

- Having experience in warehouse

- Priority working experience in DHL, Fedex, Ups…

- Good English with 4 skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

- Can go Business trip at foreign and domestic according to job requirements.
