Job Description

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and handling job offers, covering a range of technical positions.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.) to create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to administer technical assessments and tests to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Partner with tech leads and managers to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure an efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive talent pool to ensure a steady availability of qualified candidates for upcoming vacancies, reducing time-to-hire and boosting recruitment efficiency.
  • Accurately log candidate details in the recruitment system to improve tracking, analysis, and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Generate monthly reports offering insights into recruitment progress, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate interactions.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective hires.
  • Support new hires with a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to settle into their roles and company culture.
  • Assist in gathering and sharing actual timesheet data with the HCMC Compensation & Benefits team to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends, recruitment best practices, and industry competition.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality hiring and replacement efforts to support the company’s growth and project demands as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent communication skills in both English and French (French fluency is mandatory).
  • Proven success in recruiting for technical roles, especially in software development, with strong sourcing expertise across various recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and dedication to achieving results.
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
  • Genuine interest in technology and the capability to understand technical job requirements.
