Job Description

  • Interview program managers and stakeholders to gain an understanding of the department and company-wide procedures and operations
  • Assist managers and other company leaders in the technical writing of the HR policies based on our existing policies and procedures
  • Review, edit, and revise existing HR guidelines, policies, and manuals as necessary, keeping track of changes in HR policies
  • Ensure that all policies and manuals are written according to proper government regulations and industry standards
  • Research ways to improve existing policies and suggest ideas for improvement
  • Educate the staff on HR policies and help the onboarding team prepare training materials to increase awareness of HR-compliance
  • Support the compliance and administration teams with administrative tasks as needed

Job requirement:

  • Min 1–2+ years of experience as an HR Policy Writer or a similar role
  • Strong research skills and understanding of various HR policies, guidelines, and standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to multitask
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using word processors (Word or Google Docs) and spreadsheet programs (Excel or Google Sheet)
  • A Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or similar
