Role Summary
We are looking for an outstanding and all-rounded HR Operations Intern, who is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Operation department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support manager in managing day-to-day operating planning against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Supervise implementation of HR Full Cycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, training, etc.)
- Build company culture, ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently administered and aligned.
- Ensure systematic arrangement of all HR documentation (e.g. filing, HR memo/materials circulation, etc.)
- Provide administrative support on various HR initiatives and programs

Skills Required
- Good command of English (especially in speaking and writing skills)
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellence in organizing and communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration ability.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
- Attention to detail and analytical skill.
