Job Description

Working Location:

  • Mieu Noi, Binh Thanh

Human Resources Planning:

  • Work closely with senior management to ensure optimal organizational structures to meet business objectives.
  • In consultation with senior management, plan, make recommendations and devise human resources and industrial relations policy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR programs and make changes as appropriate Change Management & Communications.
  • Foster employee’s positive attitude towards management policies and procedure.

Employee Relations:

  • Monitor employee relations to prevent disputes. Provide recommendations to senior management and direct negotiations with unions to determine agreements and minimize the possibility of industrial disputes or to settle any disputes that happen.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Management of the Recruitment team responsible for the allocation of work, personal development and performance of the individual team members. Managing the processes, procedures, and administration of the recruitment function to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Managing the relationship with internal customers (all branches) ensuring that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining good external relationships with HR recruitment companies for effective partnerships (if needed).

Compensation & Benefit Management:

  • Manage, administer and review compensation, benefits policies and programs to achieve external competitiveness as well as maintain internal equity.
  • Analyze and translate compensation and benefits data into company strategy.
  • Manage company-wide annual performance and salary review.
  • Manage salary surveys and conduct competitive market analysis of total compensation and benefits practices.
  • Review and propose C&B policies, procedures and guidelines.

Learning & Development:

  • Maintain own personal development with regard to training and industry requirements.
  • Organizing appropriate training programs in accordance with legislation and current industry guidelines.
  • Ensure that targets are set, maintained and met in accordance with current legislation.
  • Monitoring staff through training programs, ensuring that personal and organizational targets are being met.
  • Maintaining up to date records of all training delivered in personal files.

Employer branding:

  • Proposing and implementing internal programs and activities of the company to build Company culture and improve employee’s satisfaction.
  • Responsible for updating information, editing content on internal publications, internal communication channels such as internal websites, bulletin boards, social networking accounts, emails, forums to improve knowledge on brand identity and development for company employees.
  • Developing, enhancing and diversifying more information channels, intranet to effectively share and transmit information among employees, promote internal resources.
  • In charge of building workplace environment and employer branding with Company employee and external partners.

Managing administrative jobs:

  • Records and archives: Make sure that in and out documents are tracked and filed properly.
  • The receptionist always meets the needs of guidance, welcoming guests and answering basic information when guests want to find out.
  • Managing internal expenses for the office economically and reasonably, including expenses for electricity, water, stationery, etc.
  • Maintaining of electrical systems, water systems, office air conditioners.
  • Cleaning office buildings.
  • Monitoring and taking care of the system of greenery and ornamental plants on the Company's premises.
  • Ensuring that the canteen always meets the demand of serving well in terms of organization and quality of meals.
  • Managing the time of day of the Security team, fleet.
  • Internal and external relations with state management agencies, economic organizations and other individuals related to the Company.

Others:

  • Coordinate with Board of Internal Control to set up SOPs.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by Chief Executive Officer or CEO’s Attorney-in-fact.

Working Time:

  • Monday -> Friday 08:00 – 18:30

Minimum:

  • At least 5 years working experience at the same position.
  • Knowledge related to the Labor Law, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Personal Income Tax
  • Conflict resolving and explanation skills
  • Leadership skill, mature thinking and able to make decisions.
  • Personality – dynamic, outgoing, pleasant, honest and with integrity.
  • Aptitude to learn, Team player
  • Managerial skills
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
  • English (spoken, writing and comprehension).
  • English: TOEIC 700+, IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent.
  • Excellent Vietnamese verbal skill. Preferred:
  • Adaptability with the fast change.
  • Ability to attract the attention of the others.
  • Practical experience in building up start-up company or restructured organizations.
