Remote Golang Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer to join our remote team and contribute to an exciting project in the Education and Health domains. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic start-up environment, where you will have the chance to build products from the ground up and see them through from concept to delivery.

You’ll be part of a small team, so we value initiative, ownership, and a product-oriented mindset. If you are someone who enjoys working end-to-end on a product, thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced setting, and has strong problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build innovative solutions in Education and Health.
• Take ownership of features from idea to deployment, ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technology choices.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in Golang.
• Proven track record in building end-to-end products in small/start-up teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English for verbal and written communication.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Education or Health technology projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
