Job Description:

※All tasks are related to Footwear

• Finalize specifications for finishing materials (e.g., tags, shoe boxes, card..) for new products in collaboration with design and production teams.
• Coordinate with head office and suppliers (in Japanese and English) for the development and approval of new finishing materials, including sample review and feedback.
• Responsible for preparing internal communication documents (notices issued by the Standard Team when unified instructions or regulations are required for footwear products).
• Issued after coordination with sales companies and relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of newly developed products into mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize and validate product specification documents.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying improvement areas and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• 新商品に付属されるTAGや一足箱など(以下、仕上げ材)の仕様を確定するための調整業務。
• 新規仕上げ材開発における、本社(日本語/英語)並びにサプライヤー(日本語/英語) との調整業務。
• の伝達書（商品に関し、統一した指示・規定が必要な場合に標準チームより発行される通達書）の作成業務
• ※販社および関係者との調整後に発行
• 開発された新商品を生産に移行するための会議における、各方面とのスケジュール調整業務。
• 新商品の仕様書を確定するための各方面との調整業務。
• Microsoft Power Platformを活用した既存業務の効率化を推進する業務。

Job Requirement:

• Women or Men aged around 30 who are married or have children. (Preferred candidates are those whose life stage is expected to remain stable in the foreseeable future.)
• Language Skills: Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent required); English proficiency is a plus
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience: More than 3 years working in a Japanese company or in a Japanese business environment
• Personal Skills:
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with persistence
• Capacity to maintain focus and manage stress over long periods

• ビジネスレベルの日本語必須。JLPT2級以上または左記資格相当。その他の言語スキル（英語）はプラス。
• Microsoft Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPointの基本的操作スキルを有する。
• Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps、Power Automate、Power BI）の操作スキルを有する。
• 3年以上日系企業に勤めた経験。
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
• 単調且つ細かな作業にも粘り強く取り組み、長時間の集中力を維持できる能力とストレス耐性を有する。

• During the trial period (60 days): 85% of basic salary
