About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join a project focused on building an automated website network targeting high-volume sports search markets.
You will help develop an AI-powered content production system designed to scale to millions of monthly organic users.
As the system grows, we will expand into an AI-driven social media ecosystem, including automated image and video content for major platforms.
You will work directly with the Lead AI Engineer to build and operate the full pipeline from data → content → deployment → monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain RAG + LLM pipelines for automated content generation from real-time data
- Develop and operate AI image generation systems for content production
- Research and implement generative AI solutions for image and video content
- Integrate AI models into end-to-end automation workflows
- Optimize inference speed, GPU cost, and auto-scaling
- Build and monitor production-grade pipelines (training, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring)
- Collaborate with SEO and Engineering teams to ensure output quality
Requirements
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering or related roles
- Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in FastAPI and Docker
- Proven experience building and deploying RAG / LLM systems in production
- Experience with generative AI tools (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ControlNet, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Nice-to-have
- Experience with PyTorch, RabbitMQ, and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with video generation models
- Experience in model optimization / quantization
- Exposure to open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Gemma, etc.)
- Background from top universities is a plus
