1/ Pre-Sales & Planning

• Tender Bidding Support: Collaborate with the sales and bid management teams to develop winning strategies for new projects. This includes understanding customer needs, preparing technical proposals, and managing the tender submission process to ensure compliance.
• Customer Requirements Analysis: Collect, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure the product solution aligns with their needs and capabilities.

2/ Project Execution & Delivery

• Project & Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including scope, milestones, and key deliverables. Ensure product releases are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and define contingency plans to mitigate potential delays and other project risks.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Implement and enhance efficient workflow processes and tracking systems to improve delivery timelines and service quality.

3/ Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product delivery, timelines, and post-sales inquiries.
• Expectation Management: Confidently handle customer concerns, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction. Conduct regular health checks to address issues and drive continuous improvements based on product usage and industry trends.

4/ Post-Delivery & Financial Management

• Oversee monthly settlements and invoicing, ensuring accurate billing for delivered products/services.
• Coordinate with customer project team to push up invoicing process, resolve disputes, and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain proper documentation of billing records and agreements for audit purposes.

Job requirements

• Japanese proficiency: N1 or N2
• 5 years of experience as PM/DM for Japanese projects
• Worked in Japan for IT companies, with strong understanding of the Japanese IT market and Japanese clients.
• Proven working experience with clients in Finance/ Banking/ Insurance domain is a big plus
• Experience managing teams of 5–10 members as PM/DM
• Strong project management and customer handling skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, bid management, or tender processes.
• Ability to manage expectations and align customer needs with product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of billing and settlement processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Priority given to candidates with development background or the ability to read and understand code
