COORDINATE THE WARRANTY OPERATIONS: A warranty coordinator processes warranty claims and assists customers through the entire claims process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collecting data from technicians, communicating with the customer, processing warranty claims, tracking parts, and assessing warranty coverage limits.
  • Coordinate the delivery of parts and warranty goods from warehouse to service stations. Receive and count maintenance products if any.
  • Reviewing warranty submissions, accept or reject claims, collaborate with vendors, and address any issues and settle disputes relating to the warranty contract.
  • Make suggestions to provide customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience.
  • Information to Manager about abnormal incidents, batch errors, critical errors ... to have a quick handling plan, avoid losses and affect customer psychology.
  • Execute monthly Reports include Spare part reports, Revenue and Cost, Stocks, …

Requirements

  • Having experience in administrative support who will be accountable for the efficient and day-to-day operations of department.
  • Experience in customer caring is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Male/Female: ages 22 – 30 years old
  • Can communicate in Japanese (N2 or related)
  • Honesty, meticulousness, care, and enthusiasm.
  • Management and organization skills are required
