• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including Live Chat, email, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
• To ensure reliability, we must be able to provide 24/7 customer service
• Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve important issues, identifying and addressing root causes for effective problem resolution
• Contribute to the development and implementation of work improvement initiatives or business objectives by recommending, giving ideas, providing feedback, and so on
• Assist with data collection. Provide daily, weekly, or monthly data consolidation, and analyze reports when required
• Provide timely information to the team leader, reporting critical issues promptly and ensuring a transparent flow of information within the team.

Requirement

• Vietnamese typing skill (with accent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work in a shifting and night schedule.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A strong team player with the ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
• College or university graduates;
• A minimum of 6 months of working experience in a customer service role;
