Job Description
DEK Technologies Vietnam is strongly growing, and the Human Resource Department is looking for an active, professional and caring Compensation & Benefits Intern to support us with maintaining and developing an excellent work environment for our staff.
By joining our team, you will get instruction from Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team and contribute to the success of all C&B activities:
- Support HR team in aspects of Compensation & Benefits;
- Follow up the on-board and resign process;
- Support to organize and store employees records;
- Support to create Tax Code, register dependents for employees;
- Other C&B duties as assigned by HR Supervisor.
Requirement:
- Last year university students (who could work at least 4 days/week) or fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Strong passion in the Human Resources field.
- Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn.
- Good at English.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
