Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Lead market research initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
Set and monitor performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Sales Leadership:
Drive sales growth through the development and management of a high-performing sales team.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and incentive programs to motivate the sales force.
Cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance business development.
Marketing & Brand Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Ensure the company's brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts.
Manage product launches, advertising, public relations, and promotional events.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team development.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Analyze financial reports and use data to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
