1/ Building and Developing Organization:
- Establishing a research culture and fostering adaptability in all company activities.
- Setting up recruitment, training, evaluation processes, and human resources backup strategy.
- Researching job title standards for each role and career advancement path for the entire Company.
2/ Project Management:
- Research and construct organizational models and work processes suitable for the Company.
- Establishing standards for various types of product development projects.
- Providing strategic advice to the BOD to prioritize project resource allocation.
- Building a Project Team model to develop multiple large-scale products for current and future ecosystem members.
3/ Product Management:
- Assessing the current software system, researching, proposing solutions, and devising a transformation roadmap to meet all business activities.
- Developing and implementing the company's long-term and short-term product strategies.
- Shaping product development direction to meet customer and market needs.
- Researching and analyzing the market to understand industry trends and competition.
- Ensuring product quality and performance during development and operation.
- Establishing product management processes and standards for consistency and performance optimization.
- Researching, developing, and improving software production processes for optimal performance.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating product performance indicators to make necessary improvements and adjustments.
- Evaluating the market and customer feedback to understand and respond to changing needs.
- Quantifying and evaluating risks in product development.
- Organizing product evaluation and approval sessions to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
- Monitoring and capturing new technology trends and innovative product development methods.
- Exploring and evaluating new opportunities to expand product portfolios and enhance competitiveness.
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers to leverage external resources and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CPO, Head of Product, and Product Manager positions.
- Experience in developing and implementing ERP systems (E-commerce, omnichannel, SAP...), and experience in digital transformation is an advantage.
- Solid experience with Scrum - Agile.
- Understanding of the market and ability to predict trends and customer needs.
- Creativity and strategic thinking skills to shape and drive product development.
- Research skills, ability to explore and uncover various aspects of an issue.
- Basic English communication skills, understanding English documents.
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a multifunctional environment.
- Communication and negotiation skills to interact with various departments and partners.
