• Drive the company's intellectual property strategy and ensure the protection of proprietary technology.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and cybersecurity plans to safeguard company data and assets.
• Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ YOEs as Chief Technology Officer or similar role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with overall company objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and leading diverse technology teams.
• In-depth knowledge of software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Understanding of intellectual property and data security.
