Job description:

Conduct a risk assessment for the entire department of the company. Analyze 

potential risks and propose appropriate controls.

Conduct controls to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, 

processes and procedures.

Collect and analyze data to assess the reliability and accuracy of information, 

operational performance, and legality of such activities.

Recommend for each department to improve processes, controls, and risk 

management practices

Compliance monitoring to ensure corrective actions are taken to address identified 

deficiencies.

Evaluate the effectiveness of ethical policies and raise awareness of ethical practices.

Other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirement:

Male/Female, from 27~35 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in related major.

At least 5 years of experience as the same position.

Good command in Japanese (must have), prefer know more about English.

Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

Good at the office computer.

Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
