JOB DESCRIPTION

- Report to Senior Administrator - Payroll

- Provide administrative support to one or more Payroll Teams and be the expert at processing government paperwork.

- Member of a shared service team

- Work closely with Payroll Team and Accountant.


REQUIREMENTS

- Vietnamese national with at least a college degree;

- 6 months experience in handling HR data;

- Understand about government reports;

- Good Communication in Vietnamese (English an advantage);

- Strong computer skills especially spreadsheets, data entry, merge document;

- Calm, friendly, outgoing;

- Highly organised and accurate, able to handle many tasks at one time.
