• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
• Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the IT business world.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• At least 03 years experiences in sales management roles for B2B tech service/solutions (prefer SAP solutions)
• Good at English/Japanese skill
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy;
• Track record of excellent performance and quota
• Good experience in team management and motivating a team
• A demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills
