Job Description
- Communicate closely with the Japanese Director in Japan and decide the schedule for development and specification.
- Communicate and assign tasks to all team members in Vietnam.
- Involve in recruiting and interviewing to make decisions for hiring and building all positions in IT Team in Vietnam brand with the Japanese side.
- Build and expand strong IT Team in Vietnam brand as Bridge Software Engineer Leader or Project Manager.
- Train and Support onboarding Talents (coordinate with Human Resources Team).
- Manage all resources and processes in Vietnam.
- Work closely with members under such as Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Quality Assurance.

Must:
- N2 or equivalent Japanese skills.
- Ability to understand your company's business and thoroughly think about what the best product is.
- Ability to formulate product visions and roadmaps and execute them with Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
- Ability to decide what should be prioritized for development, to involve related parties from yourself, and lead to the solution.
- 3 years or more of development experience regardless of field.
Nice to have:
- Business English skills.
- Experience as a Web Developer.
- Experience in KPI formulation and analysis.
- Experience in developing and operating Web services and BtoB services.
