Job Description
- Hearing requirements from the Japanese side
- Explaining and sharing requirements with the development team members
- Supporting and reviewing the creation of design documents and specifications
- Managing the progress of development tasks
- Resolving any discrepancies in understanding between the Japanese and Vietnamese sides
- Sharing and ensuring adherence to quality management standards
- Testing using techniques such as IT and Smoke tests (creating test cases if necessary)
- Organizing and conducting regular meetings
Job requirement
Must have
- Experienced in Web application development with software developers, planners, and designers
- Experienced in managing projects and team capability/productivity
- Experienced in software engineering upstream process such as requirement analysis and definitions
- Experienced in issue management and bug analysis
- Experienced in testing
- Japanese: equivalent to N2, N1 level
- English: Pre-Intermediate level
Detailed Requirements for Senior ~ Leader Level:
- Full experience in all upstream processes of software development, including: Requirement analysis, Requirement definition, Basic design, Detailed design
- Proven experience in guiding and mentoring Bridge System Engineers (BSEs).
- Able to manage projects independently without support from Japanese-side Project Managers (PMs)
- Experience in coaching BSEs on effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
Preferable
- Experienced in team building
- Experienced in writing basic and detailed designs
- Experienced in database operations and ERD (Entity-Relationship Diagram)
- Experienced in reviewing test cases and design documents
