BD Manager – E-commerce Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development in Vietnam's cross-border logistics market
• Provide sea and air logistics solutions for e-commerce platforms
• Expand customer base through multiple channels and build strong client relationships
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth sales execution and revenue achievement
• Handle contract signing, order tracking, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years sales experience in cross-border e-commerce, air/sea freight, or international express logistics
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, shipping, or fulfillment required
• Knowledge of 3PLs, e-commerce platforms, ERPs, Shopify, or omnichannel solutions is a plus
• Experience working with cross-border e-commerce sellers or platforms preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
