Operation set up and management (40%)

• Work closely with Indian project team to give advice on operational procedure, food menu, company policies and procedures to ensure its compliance and competitiveness with the F&B market in the India generally and in Bangalore specifically 
• Contribute to the company‘s quality excellence development the designated area  
• Leading specialized project as one of the pre-opening members

Culture and People Development (30%)

• Be the role model of company value and get restaurant leadership team inspired toward it
• Ensure the company vision, mission and company values are well understood and executed in the area 
• Be responsible for operation/ culture training program development for all the partners together with RM from Vietnam
• Nominate potential candidates for RMs and make sufficient training plans
• Make sure assigned stores are executing succession on time with recruiting and training

• Strong knolwage and insights of F&B Industry in India
• 05+ year work experience in Fine dining/ casual dining restaurant in India
• Strong influencing and leadership skills
• Fluent communication skill in English 
• Good office skill (Office software)
• Can work independently, with a dynamic, positive attitude
• Professional attitude and appearance
