• Manage the setup and optimization of ad revenue for mobile games across major mediation platforms such as LevelPlay, MAX, AdMob, including both waterfall and bidding optimization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of monetization performance, ad operation flows, and in-app purchase (IAP) behavior; propose suitable IAA and IAP strategies for different game categories.
• Monitor and ensure all monetization-related KPIs for assigned products; identify anomalies or potential risks and recommend actionable solutions.
• Assess revenue potential from various user acquisition ad networks (e.g., Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral) and collaborate with the UA team to maximize channel performance.
• Consolidate player behavioral data from Google Analytics/Firebase, Adjust/Appsflyer, and internal tools; work closely with the production team to refine game features for better revenue and retention.
• Research high-performing games on the market, analyze trends, and generate recommendations to improve product monetization.
• Present findings through clear visual dashboards and concise summaries to support product decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics–Informatics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile game monetization optimization and KPI-driven data analysis.
• Strong understanding of mobile gamer behavior.
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer and various ad mediation platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Big Data concepts, BI tools, analytics, and user acquisition fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose suitable solutions case-by-case.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and experimentation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
