Job Description
By joining our team, you will get instruction from Administrative Team and contribute to the success of all administrative activities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, organization of files, documents etc.
- Support to organize events in company.
- Participate in work related to equipment operation, company asset management.
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.
- Undergraduate/graduated at University in the fields of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant major
- Experience taking part in union activities at school
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Result-oriented, willing to learn and good communication
- Can arrange to join the internship 3 days per week at least
- Good at English is a plus
- Basic design skill is a plus
