- Act as the main contact for clients, handling issues from start to post-sale.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage contract updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or account management (IT sector), or 4 years in international sales.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1), or English (IELTS 6.5+), or Korean (TOPIK 6)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with cross-functional teams.
