Mô tả công việc

Identify and research potential local customers in Vietnam and partners for inbound and outbound services;
Consult to local customers to set up Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Korea companies/ Partnership development with local agents for overseas cooperation;
Develop local market for take-over cases, especially for FDI company.
Develop and maintain high level business relationships with potential customers;
Work with the rest of the team and other functions to develop, prepare, and present business proposals to targeted potential customers;
Develop business plan and sales strategies to make sales;
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and jectives;
Handle sales related matter i.e. collection of payment and follow up with potential client
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Over 3 years of relevant experience at the same level in business development;
Good management, interpersonal and team management skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Customer service, problem-solving and account management skills;
Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;
Must be initiative, independent and hard-working;
Must handle MULTI task;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
Proficiency in English languages;

Year-ended double pay (13th month);
5-Day work (Working hour: Mon to Thur 8am – 5pm, Fri: 8am - 3pm)
Overtime allowance;
