Job Description

• Lead the development and implementation of system architecture, core modules, and business functionalities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design, enhance, and optimize scalable system architectures.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and support to developers within the team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to handle technical planning and project-related challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java programming and system architecture design.
• Familiar with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of database optimization and performance tuning.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Previous experience working on Japanese projects or in Japanese development environments is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese.
