Wholesale Supplier Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

I’m hiring a full-time Wholesale Supplier Coordinator to help expand our wholesale sourcing and supplier network across Europe.

You’ll work directly with me — contacting new suppliers, opening accounts, negotiating terms, and building long-term relationships that help us grow.

I’m looking for someone smart, reliable, and good at talking to people. English must be excellent. If you’ve ever negotiated terms, requested quotes, or managed wholesale relationships — that’s a strong plus.

What you’ll do:

• Find and contact new wholesale suppliers (we’ll give you an initial list to get you started)
• Open and manage accounts, follow up regularly
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms
• Handle purchase orders and returns
• Keep everything organised in spreadsheets / CRMs

What I need:

• Excellent English and clear communication
• Strong negotiation and research skills
• Organised, reliable, and self-driven
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience with key tools like Keepa / BBP (or a fast learner)

 $600–1 000 USD / month + bonus based on results

 Remote work with flexible hours (need some overlap with Europe for coordination)

 Full-time / long-term role
