Web Developer Lead (Japanese)

• Work in UI/UX design and web application development.
• Understand the UI/UX design provided by Japan members and the basic design document (Japanese), and create, develop, test, and maintain the detailed design document.
• Ensure the completeness of all project documentation
• Help gather and generate requirements documentation
• Write design/ implement documentation
• Participate in design/code reviews
• Approve appropriate software purchases and other project items
• Adhere to strict delivery schedules
• Provide guidance to Developers and Sr. Developers
• Be involved in an interview process when necessary
• Directly report to the Director and/or on-shore/client when requesting

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in web application development.
• Experience in application development in a cloud environment such as AWS
• Experienced in UI/UX design.
• Have programming experience in Java, Python, etc.
• Have strong Japanese Skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
• Can actively communicate with Vietnamese and Japanese team members
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Be a good team player
• Be interested in new technology

• Contribution to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance according to Social Security Law. The salary subject to social insurance contribution is what is defined as per the labor contract, but this is capped at 20 times the minimum salary for social insurance contributions set by the government
