Job Description
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Assist customers in solving their problems or complaints via email, live chat or phone calls
Identifying and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide appropriate solutions or alternative methods within the time frame
Follow up to ensure resolution
To take initiative and go extra miles to help the customers on their inquiries
Keep customer records by updating account information
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
To follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Candidate must possess minimum a Degree or equivalent in any field
This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Preferably candidates who is fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese language
Ability to communicate well in English
Able to work on rotational shift work which includes weekends and public holidays
Strong in handling phone contact skills and active listening
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, fast learner, careful and patient
Able to work under pressure
Good multitasking skill and able to manage time effectively
