Job Description
- Contribute to strategic vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s mission and objectives;
- Plan and Implement technological systems;
- Take responsibilities for developing aspects of information technology and information systems;
- Support CTO leadership in all activities of the technical department;
- Account for running engineering operations, manufacturing and management;
- Set/Follow, give consultation for the strategy, goals, objectives, and operating procedures;
- Manage team’s technologies, infrastructure services, production operations, technological architecture, digital development, site, and software development, and so forth;
- Plan for goals, coordinating the deployment, evaluation, and management of the current and future technological systems across the business;
- Perform tasks assigned by CTO.
- Education: Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable for the position;
- Experience: Over 5 years of working experience, preferably working at the same job;
- Experience in strategic planning, execution of technological operations, and development roadmaps;
- Communication Skills;
- Expert in at least 2 languages: NodeJS, Typescript, Golang, Python;
- Mastering RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, Postgresql;
- Fluently in system design & software architecture;
- Highly organized, highly procedural, and methodical; be self-motivated, proactive;
- Creative thinker has an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, and the ability to stay calm in times of uncertainty and stress;
- Leadership/People Skills: a proven leader who can influence as well as influence and inspire.
