• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team (Project Leader, Software Developer, QA, UI/UX Designer, etc.) to evaluate and learn about the client's requirements, research and provide proposals on trendy technology for Japanese clients based on your expertise for Karaoke applications.
• Analyze product requirements, provide estimation, and design test strategy for software undertest.
• Maintain oversight of identified bugs, driving their resolution and performing essential regression tests to ensure product stability.
• Drive process enhancements and share industry-best practices with team members to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to increase QA/QC performance and product quality.
• Proactively monitor testing progress, identifying and mitigating risks associated with potential bug leaks and timeline delays in releases.
• Lead research on new tools and technologies for testing and pioneer their application in real projects to enhance testing capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of working experience in QA/QC Engineer.
• In-depth understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, including Performance Testing using JMeter, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Comprehensive knowledge and application of testing processes and techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and specifications.

Nice to have:

• Have working experience with Japanese clients.
• Have working experience with diverse projects such as fintech, HR, AI, Blockchain, etc.
• Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle
• Can communicate with the team and be a part of the team.
• Have an ISQTB certificate.
