Job Description
- Build up the operational strategies and plans to ensure performance standards
- Analyze and optimize current routes
- Ensure a seamless relationship between the warehouses and transport/logistics functions across all sites
- Lead the Transport Operations Team to ensure that all performance targets are exceeded
- Coordinate all operational activities including collecting, sorting and delivery follow lead time.
- Monitor the quality of transportation service. Develop and implement cost-effective plans including operating cost, labor cost to ensure cost/revenue goal.
- Continuously drive costs and performance improvements
- District 7, HCM city
- 1-3 years professional experience in Transportation (Last Miles), Distribution, Logistic or E-commerce Operations
- Understanding about Logistics, Warehouse, E-commerce
- Ability to negotiate and convince
- Knowledgeable with a strong background in B2B/ B2C E-commerce Transportation especially Last Miles Operations
- Experienced in leading an operational team
- Analytical skill
- Experience with high daily volume management is a plus.
