Job Description

Provide the product, and process training to newbie agents, and refresh training to existing agents.
Make training plans and assessments for newbie agents.
Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
Coordinate with Team Lead and QC on training/coaching plan on the requirement.
Update training materials and ensure agents are well trained with updated knowledge and information...

At least 6 months of experience in a customer service training position
Experience in E-Commerce, Technology, Travel and Experiences is a plus.
Good at communication, and training content preparation/customization.
Good at training/ presentation skill
