Training Specialist

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with SOP of project, best practices when collaborate with operation management team
• Prepare and present the training report according to client or internal project request
• Agent skill and knowledge – oriented
• Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan

Job Requirement:

• Associate's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent in English & Chinese both written and spoken (TOEIC 650 for English and HSK4 for Chinese) or the same level
• At least 1 year in the same position (specialized in BPO industry)
• Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is plus
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office
• Willing to work overtime if needed
