Job Description

Provide the product, process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
Make training plan and assessment for newbie agents.
Ensure the training qualification and training passing rate.
Coordinate with Team Lead and QC on training/coaching plan on requirement.
Update training materials and ensure agents well trained updated knowledge and information.…

At least 6 months experience in customer service training position.
Experience in E-Commerce, Technology is a plus.
Good at communication, training content preparation/customization.
Good at training/ presentation skill.
Good at English communication skill.
