• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and execute an effective token launch strategy.
• Drive the growth of key token success metrics, including community expansion, engagement levels, waitlist sign-ups, and campaign participation.
• Oversee content operations to ensure consistency and impact.
• Design and implement strategic campaign initiatives such as airdrops.
• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs and trader/buyer communities.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with CEXs, DEXs, and launchpads.
• Manage token distribution operations and ensure seamless execution of its functions.
• Research and analyze emerging crypto industry trends, integrating relevant narratives into the broader strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of senior-level marketing experience.
• Min of 2 years of experience in marketing crypto financial products.
• Min 2 years of experience in token marketing.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in key crypto metrics (e.g., trading volume, TVL).
• Experience establishing strategic partnerships with senior crypto stakeholders and contributing to monetization efforts.
• Strong expertise in DeFi.
• Proficient in English at a high level.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in marketing strategies aimed at AUM growth within traditional financial institutions.
• Proven track record of driving significant token growth, including market capitalization expansion.
