Job Description
- Design and develop new features for web applications.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- Give ideas and suggestions about the system and the team's workflow.
- Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future.
- Follow new and emerging technologies.
MUST-HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree or up majoring in software engineering, computer science, or relevant Software Development background.
- At least 4 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Have strong experience in Database Design.
- Understand the Rest API and GRPC for designing applications.
- Experience with Postgres, Redis, AWS, GPC, Capistrano, CI/CD, Sidekiq and Rspec.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Being familiar with the Agile process/Docker is a plus.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development.
- Experience in automating development using GitHub Actions.
- Experience in designing architectures
- Proficient in writing clean code, following good principles, design patterns, and best practices, covered with tests.
