Technical Project Manager

• Develop project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze and provide technical solutions for assigned projects.
• Manage and monitor project progress, evaluate team members' performance.
• Participate throughout the phases of analysis, design, development, application testing, and release.
• Train and guide team members on technical aspects and improve the team's code quality.
• Ensure the progress and quality of work, and regularly report to the manager.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working at Japanese companies in Vietnam, with a minimum of 3 years in positions related to technology orientation and providing project solutions (Tech lead, lead programmer, etc.).
• Solid technical foundation, with understanding or practical experience in software development, web/mobile/server technology (Windows/Linux).
• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/Javascript, able to create responsive web pages (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Proficient in working with Javascript/Typescript on both client-side (VueJS/ReactJS/AngularJS) and server-side (ExpressJS/Fastify/NestJS).
• At least 2 years of experience working with AWS.
• Experience using at least one database management system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
• Ability to self-learn and explore new technologies.
• Able to solve problems independently, with strong skills in requirement analysis and providing solutions for challenging project issues.
• English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Japan for short or long-term business trips as required by the project.
• Resident in the vicinity of Hue, Da Nang.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate in Japanese.
