Technical Leader (Python)

• Lead technical design, system architecture, and development for both backend and frontend components
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on solutions
• Work directly with international clients in English through meetings, presentations, and discussions
• Mentor and support team members to maintain code quality and drive continuous improvement
• Review system architecture and source code to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Identify potential technical risks, propose solutions, and proactively address issues
• Promote best practices in engineering, coding standards, and development processes
• Collaborate closely with PMs, QAs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and release readiness
• Contribute hands-on to complex technical challenges when required
• Utilize modern tools and AI-assisted solutions to enhance development productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with each of the following: Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong background in both backend and frontend development
• Proven experience in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role
• Good communication and presentation skills in English
• Fluent English, with the ability to lead technical discussions directly with international clients
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, etc.
• Experience in designing and working with RESTful APIs
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to mentor developers and drive technical improvements within the team
• Experience in outsourcing or multi-project environments is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based environments
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level systems
• Ability to support presales activities or participate in technical proposal discussions with clients

• Working hours start at 8:30 AM; no check-out required
• 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday), with Saturdays and Sundays off
