Key Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and grow a team of frontend and backend developers to help them learn and take ownership
• Make sure overall software design follows company guidelines and speak up when you spot technical debt or issues
• Stay active in coding by reviewing and designing .NET backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, and React TypeScript frontend components
• Set high standards across the team for clean code, automated testing, and good development habits
• Drive technical choices and solve design problems while balancing trade-offs in large systems
• Encourage the team to use modern AI coding tools to boost everyday productivity
• Work closely with frontend, backend, testing, product, and architecture teams to keep everyone aligned
• Spot technical risks early, ask smart questions, and help the team keep improving

Requirement

• Solid background in software engineering with proven experience in a lead role
• Clear track record of mentoring developers and helping them grow their skills
• Strong understanding of clean code practices, software architecture, and building easy-to-maintain applications
• Very strong skills in either C# .NET or React TypeScript, with good practical knowledge of the other
• Experience building and connecting REST and GraphQL APIs
• Ability to work comfortably with and navigate large, complex existing systems
• Experience using automated testing to keep software quality high
• Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools or a strong desire to learn them
• Good written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Practical experience working with GraphQL
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud and Docker containers
• Background in breaking down large monolith systems into smaller modules
• Experience working on enterprise software or ERP systems
• History of helping modernize old or large software applications
• Experience leading remote or international developer teams
• Modern frontend skills including React, TypeScript, Vite, Turborepo, Storybook, and TailwindCSS
• Experience with Jotai, TanStack Query, TanStack Router, Jest, and Playwright
• Understanding of CI/CD using GitHub Actions along with basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm
