Job Description
- Collaborate with Recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the functions and how it fits into our clientโs organization
- Create research and engagement strategies to build talent pipelines by using sourcing tools, referrals from internal networks, online sourcing, external partnerships, and events
- Sourcing the matching resumes for Jobs order - depends on Leader's assignment.
- Pass CV searching to Consultant for processing for next steps.
- Get feedback from Consultant for better improvement.
- Vetting candidates at first stage interviews (phone calls,chatting...) when required and support with CV administration (depends on level)
- Prepare candidate profiles and ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentations
- Maintain and update the candidate and company files and input the database
- Develop new ideas and utilize technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance the efficiency of the search process
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Collaborative and forward thinking with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate with HR Recruitment field, excellent CAN-DO attitude
- Fluent in conversation and written English, good communication skills
- Be able to use MS Office fluently
