• Execute routine system operations tasks according to predefined schedules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of system-related problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of new system functionalities.
• Participate in software design, coding, testing, and debugging activities.
• Contribute to the integration of third-party tools and platforms into existing systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in System Operation or System Development.
• Japanese communication (N3 or above).
• Experience in programming languages including Java, Pro C, VB.net, C#, SQL, and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be available to work on holidays and at night as required to accommodate workload fluctuations, adhering to Japanese work schedules.

• Contribution to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance according to Social Security Law. The salary subject to social insurance contribution is what is defined as per the labor contract, but this is capped at 20 times the minimum salary for social insurance contributions set by the government
