Job Description
- Ensure that all production targets are met and submit daily production report to Section Head.
- Ensure quality at Paint shop products is achieved.
- Supervise and train subordinates.
- Liaise with other sections on any possible problems.
- Carry out trouble shooting activities.
- Maintain GK Shop floor activities.
- To execute Global GK Diagnosis activities and level up.
- Manpower arrangement.
- To ensure that tools are in good condition.
- To discharge duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary.
- To conduct On Job Training for new subordinate, especially employees whose job related to significant impact.
- To ensure the housekeeping and safety of the production area.
- To monitor production activities and prevent environmental pollution.
- Ensure proper chemical management such as identification and storage.
- Ensure proper identifications and disposal of waste.
- Graduated from a college or above of automobile or machinery manufacturing.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Strong computer skills. (Microsoft office & Autocad)
