Job Description

Guide Content Moderators on real-time policy and quality questions.
Build an expert-level understanding of particular policy areas and ensure that you are keeping updated with developments.
Look for areas of policy and process improvement and provide regular feedback to Team Leaders and Quality Assurance teams.

Experience performing a Content Moderation Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation/ Content Quality / Safety environment.
Pay good attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
