Academic
+ In charge of researching & updating the information about the Cambridge curriculum (Lower secondary, IGCSE, and AS/A Levels), as well as another international education program, and doing the academic training for internal staff
+ Coordinating with the school's scholarship programs, developing the criteria for, and participating in the review of scholarships
+ Doing the registration for students to sit in the IGCSE/ A Levels Exam
+ Coordinating with related departments, building review programs for IGCSE, AS/A Levels students
Customer & Student Support
+ Monitoring and supporting parents throughout the children's learning progress
+ Work with the UK CASST Team and the specific staff responsible for student queries and teacher escalations
+ Send out feedback requests to schools, parents, and students
+ Communicate with parents/schools on a regular basis to ensure they are informed of any student issues. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
+ English IELTS 7.0 or higher
+ Experienced in the international educational institutions; Studied abroad/ worked in Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A Levels is an advantage
+ Ability to communicate and handle situations well
+ Willing to develop in the international education environment
