Job Description
- Annual Revenue planning for the whole company & for each product; Make special events / microsites to build special selling points.
- Understand & shape the company’s revenue strategy/mission; Assess the company’s Revenue operational & strategic performance;
- Collaborate constructively with Sales, Operations & Product teams to produce the most effective strategic and tactical integrated campaigns for clients;
- Assist Sales teams to prepare proposals (include understand clients need, good at organizing the proposals, pitching directly…); Ensure the practices of the proposals & creative briefs consistent with overall strategies;
- Develop insights, leading cultural trends, inspiring and driving integrated ideas.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent working experience
- Min. 5 – 8 years of experience as a strategy Lead or relevant role
- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant;
- Understanding of market research & data analysis;
- Knowledge of business operations & procedures;
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities;
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude;
- Organizational & leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
