As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with agencies, platforms, influencers, and complementary service providers. Your mission is to unlock new acquisition channels, co-marketing opportunities, and referral pipelines that expand Vibe Branding’s reach and relevance in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential strategic partners (SaaS platforms, creative agencies, consultants, communities, etc.)
• Develop partnership proposals that offer mutual value and long-term benefits
• Lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of new partners
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch joint campaigns, webinars, or referral programs
• Maintain active communication and performance tracking for each partnership
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy
• Build systems for partner nurturing, reporting, and growth scalability

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles
• Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or tech partnerships strongly preferred
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of co-branded marketing, referral funnels, and partnership strategy
• Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative, relationship-first mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple conversations and projects at once
