Overview:

A Strategic Analyst needs extensive knowledge of Real Estate and development trends in Viet Nam, the region and around the world. Specialist knowledge of real estate segments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include research, analysis, and consulting. The successful applicant must ensure a consistently high quality of service working with clients, while coaching and developing his/her under supervision staff. The ability to work independently, and as part of a team is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update market data and information.
• Analyze data to develop forecasts, identify emerging trends, develop research reports.
• Produce development proposals with presentation when required.
• Develop project action plans, including key contact and timelines. Ensure all tasks are completed within time to the required quality.
• Support client relationship management, and departmental business development.
• Research and update Real Estate information from various media sources.
• Advise clients and media groups of Real Estate developments, with detailed-analyses and evaluations when required.
• Develop thematic reports to enhance the value of company services.
• Assist in developing capability presentations for business development.
• Prepare and present annual market reports, blog, and press releases.
• Propose or prepare technical solutions to meet client consultancy or research requirements.
• Other tasks requested by the Head of Department.

• Bachelors with any major in Real Estate/ Economics/ Finance/ Commercial. Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate or research firms.
• Proficiency in written English and computer skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Data analytics and forecasting skills.
• Time management skills with the ability to deliver quality work on time.
