Job Description
Social Media (50%):
Social Media Content Production and Management
- Working directly with leader to create and execute weekly and monthly social media communication plans in accordance with Brand Guidelines, and providing weekly and monthly reports to the leader.
- Monitoring social media trends, responsible for and overseeing posts across communication channels according to a specific content schedule.
- Assisting in daily interaction with followers and potential customers on the company’s social media channels and groups such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,… by chatting and answering questions.
Support Internal Projects/Campaigns
- Support for long-term online brand campaigns and related internal collaboration projects.
- Monitor and report on progress in supporting the implementation of projects according to the development plan.
Content Marketing (50%):
- Conduct research and provide insights to support the development of monthly content plan
- Write articles, blog posts, and other types of content that align with the leader’s guideline
- Optimize content for search engines and social media by incorporating relevant keywords and formatting content to improve readability
- Collaborate with the content team to develop ideas for new content and ensure that all content is consistent with the brand's tone and messaging
- Monitor and report on the performance of content across various channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing and share insights with the content team
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal, is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
